Kelly Pierce
Kelly Pierce has represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including those involving employment, contract, fraud, consumer fraud, business torts, intellectual property, real estate, and trade secrets disputes. Kelly has handled matters before courts, arbitration panels, and governmental agencies. Before joining Ross & Orenstein, Kelly spent five years as an associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi. Kelly is a 1999 graduate of Carleton College, where she graduated with special distinction in Political Science, and is a 2004 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as the Lead Note and Comment Editor for the Minnesota Law Review.
