Harry Niska
Harry Niska has experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of high-stakes, complex commercial disputes, including securities, financial fraud, merger & acquisition, breach of contract, and antitrust litigation. Prior to joining Ross & Orenstein in April of 2009, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago. Harry graduated from Concordia College in 2002 and magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2005. Harry was Order of the Coif at University of Minnesota (an honor based on high class rank) and was Articles Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
